Nick is an absolute diamond. Got in from work at 2.00 pm on Friday afternoon to find worried elderly parents struggling with broken washing machine when they are going on holiday on Tuesday! While they were worrying about how they could get a new one delivered by Saturday - quick google and found Nick. Nick initially could not do anything until Monday. Explained the situation - Nick was here within the hour and the machine was fixed. £50 and cost of part. AMAZING customer service. Highly recommend and would definitely call again.
