Called Nick on Tuesday evening regarding my washing machine, he offered a Wednesday appointment which I couldn't make so arranged to call early Thursday.He diagnosed the problem,had the part in his van and fixed the machine all within 2 hours. What a star! Machine is running better than ever now. Prompt service, excellent customer care ( he phoned later to check all was ok) and very reasonable price . Highly recommended.
