Fantastic rapid service. Called just after 9am and was visited by 11am. Swift diagnosis led to part order same day. By 5pm next day new part had arrived and was fitted. Only paid for call out charge and cost of part. Great value. I try to use local number companies whenever I can and this justifies why. Avoid nationwide service providers and give Nick a call.

Phoned Nick on friday afternoon,he was round on monday diagnosed the fault in the oven,ordered the spares could have come back on wednesday to fit them but we were away for a couple of days came on friday job done. Called Nick on Tuesday evening regarding my washing machine, he offered a Wednesday appointment which I couldn't make so arranged to call early Thursday.He diagnosed the problem,had the part in his van and fixed the machine all within 2 hours. What a star! Machine is running better than ever now. Prompt service, excellent customer care ( he phoned later to check all was ok) and very reasonable price . Highly recommended.

Called Nick after having been recently charged an extortionate amount by a larger company in Maidenhead for a washing machine repair. Great service, honest pricing and a job well done. I will not hesitate to call Nick again should I need something to be fixed.
